Kun Shan joined Schroder Investment Management (Shanghai) as a fund manager, Asian fixed income, focusing on onshore Chinese government and policy bank bonds.
The position is a new one at Schroders' wholly foreign-owned enterprise in Shanghai.
Mr. Shan comes to Schroders from BNP Paribas (China) in Shanghai, where he served as head of local markets strategy, China, according to a Schroders' news release.
A spokeswoman for BNP Paribas bank declined to comment.
