Webster Financial Corp., Waterbury, Conn., made changes to the investment options to its 401(k) plan, according to the company's 11-K filed June 29 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Janus Henderson Triton Fund, managed by Janus Henderson Investors, and the Dodge & Cox Stock Fund were added as options to the plan on June 28, while three investment options were removed — Fidelity Investment's brokerage link, T. Rowe Price Equity Income Fund and Wasatch Small Cap Growth Fund, managed by Wasatch Advisors. There was $14.1 million in plan assets invested in the Wasatch option as of Dec. 31; $11.6 million in the T. Rowe Price fund; and $107,000 in Fidelity's brokerage link.
Also, Vanguard Group's target-date funds and Total Retirement Income Fund were replaced with institutional shares of the funds.
The 401(k) plan had $480 million in assets as of Dec. 31.
