Sandy McCarthy was named president of retirement services at OneAmerica, said Tom Spalding, spokesman.
She replaces Pat Foley, who left the company in January, and she will head the insurance company's retirement plan record-keeping business, Mr. Spalding said in an email.
Ms. McCarthy previously ran her own consulting company and before then was North America region benefits administration business leader at Mercer.
