Oklahoma Firefighters to conduct emerging markets equity search

Oklahoma Firefighters Pension & Retirement System, Oklahoma City, plans to issue an emerging markets equity RFP, said Troy Brown, director of consulting at AndCo Consulting, investment consultant to the $2.6 billion pension fund, in an email.

The board is looking to allocate $75 million to the mandate. Funding will come from existing managers. Mr. Brown did not disclose which managers.

The RFP will be issued July 2 on the pension fund's website and proposals will be due Aug. 6. A selection date was not disclosed.
