Kit Hamilton and Tim Humphrey were named co-heads of the global infrastructure debt management business at Macquarie Group, a spokeswoman said.
Messrs. Hamilton and Humphrey replaced James Wilson and Andrew Robertson, co-founders and former co-heads of the business.
Mr. Wilson will be chief investment officer of the business and chairman of the investment committee. The role is new. Mr. Wilson is responsible for growing a platform for the business in the Asia-Pacific region.
Mr. Robertson is responsible for business development at Macquarie's Sydney office, where he is working on expanding the manager's illiquid credit capabilities.
Mr. Hamilton has been the head of the investment team since 2015. Mr. Humphrey has been head of the investor solutions team since 2015, focusing on U.K. fundraising to Macquarie's two inflation-linked funds. A spokeswoman said a replacement for Messrs. Hamilton and Humphrey are yet to be announced.
Macquarie has £309.9 billion ($410.9 billion) in assets under management.
