Maria Cassisi was named head of North American client services at Aviva Investors, a spokeswoman confirmed.
Ms. Cassisi replaces Gina Maggio, who has left the firm. It was not disclosed where Ms. Maggio went.
Effective Wednesday, Ms. Cassisi will work with the company's cross-functional teams across North America to ensure their clients' needs are being met. She will be based in Chicago and report to Tom Meyers, executive director, head of Americas client solutions.
Ms. Cassisi was most recently head of strategic relationships, North America at Aberdeen Standard Investments. Spokesman James Thorneley could not be reached.
