EB Arrow, the real estate money manager formerly known as Arrow Retail, acquired real estate money manager Capview Partners, said Tanner Culbertson, EB Arrow spokesman, in an email.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. EB Arrow, which invests in retail properties, has about $1.5 billion in assets under management. Capview Partners has $768 million in AUM.
EB Arrow was formed in May after EBA Investments Ltd., a subsidiary of Hong Kong investment bank and money manager China Everbright, made an active investment in the firm. Arrow Retail had originally been part of real estate money manager Cypress Equities and spun out in 2009. Cypress Equities continues to provide some property-level services for some of EB Arrow’s properties.
