Gregory T. Williamson was named head of strategy at Pluribus Labs.
The position is new, a spokesman said. Pluribus Labs is a provider of systematic investment products, the spokesman said.
Mr. Williamson was chief investment officer of the American Red Cross, Washington, where he oversaw the investment of a combined $6 billion in defined benefit plan assets, endowment funds and other assets.
He left the American Red Cross in December 2017 when the organization decided to use outsourced CIO services.
