Marek Siwicki was named head of consultant relations at Lombard Odier Investment Managers, a spokeswoman said.
The position is new. Mr. Siwicki is responsible for expanding relationships with consultants globally, and helps with product development for the institutional market. He reports to Jonathan Clenshaw, head of institutional sales for Europe.
Mr. Siwicki joined from Western Asset Management Co., where he was head of U.K. institutional sales. A spokesman said Mr. Siwicki will be replaced by Mike Zelouf, director of European and Middle East business, on an interim basis until a permanent replacement is found.
Lombard Odier Investment Managers has 49 billion Swiss francs ($49 billion) in assets under management.
