Christopher Hunter was named CEO of Cambridge Associates' London office, confirmed a spokesman.
The position is new and effective immediately. He leads the firm's U.K. executive committee and is responsible for driving strategy and growth for Cambridge Associates in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
He also remains global head of endowments and foundations, said the spokesman.
"For 25 years, we have been building strong, long-term relationships with endowments, foundations and charities, pensions and families in EMEA and creating custom portfolios for our clients," said Mr. Hunter in a news release. "I am focused on building upon our success and enhancing our ability to apply our cutting edge investment philosophy to help our clients achieve their investment goals."
