Webster (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is looking for an active domestic small-cap core equity manager to run about $5 million.
Both separate accounts and commingled vehicles will be considered. Wainwright Investment Counsel, investment consultant to the $36 million pension fund, is assisting with the search.
The RFP is scheduled to be available on Wainwright's website. Proposals are due 2 p.m. EDT June 22. A selection date was not disclosed.
