Hudson County Employees' Pension Fund, Jersey City, N.J., is searching for an investment consultant, said an RFP posted on the county's purchasing website.
The $34 million pension fund, which has been closed to new hires since 1974, has issued an RFP for a firm to "provide overall investment advice on the suitability and risk return characteristics of asset classes available to the fund," the RFP said. Which firm currently provides these services and whether the firm is eligible to rebid could not be immediately learned.
The RFP is available on the county's purchasing website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 11 a.m. EDT on June 19. A timeline for a decision was not provided.
