Mendocino County Employees Retirement Association, Ukiah, Calif., plans to issue an RFP for an investment consultant in the third quarter, said James Wilbanks, retirement administrator.
The RFP will be issued because the $520 million pension plan's contract with its current consultant, Callan, is set to expire at the end of the year, Mr. Wilbanks said. Callan is expected to rebid.
As of March 31, the plan had a target allocation of 38% domestic equities, 29% international equities, 22% domestic fixed income and 11% domestic real estate.
