Greg T. Fedorinchik was named head of distribution at Legal & General Investment Management America, while Shauna Lambright Conza joined LGIMA as a senior investment director, spokeswoman Kristina Pereira Tully confirmed in an email.
Mr. Fedorinchik replaces Tom Meyers, who left in August and joined Aviva Investors as executive director, head of Americas client solutions in September. Ms. Conza's position is new.
Mr. Fedorinchik will oversee the firm's marketing and sales strategies. He will report to Jodan Ledford, head of client solutions and multiasset. Meanwhile, Ms. Conza will oversee the company's public and Taft-Hartley pension fund clients. She will report to Mr. Fedorinchik.
Mr. Fedorinchik was president of Mesirow Advanced Strategies, while Ms. Conza was a managing director, transition management, at Pavilion Global Markets. Mr. Fedorinchik left MAS after Lighthouse Investment Partners in March announced its intention to acquire the company. Pavilion Global Markets spokeswoman Deanna Allen said that various team members have assumed many of Ms. Conza's responsibilities while the firm is evaluating what to do with the role.
LGIMA has $174.8 billion in assets under management.
