Wichita (Kan.) Deferred Compensation Plan is searching for a record keeper and plan administrator for its $107 million 457 plan.
Interested firms must have at least five years of experience administering a 457 deferred compensation plan and must be the sole-provider administrator to a minimum of five defined contribution plans, each with assets of $50 million or more, according to the RFP.
Hyas Group, the city's investment consultant, is assisting with the search.
The RFP is available on the city's procurement website. Proposals are due 4 p.m. CDT May 15. A selection date has yet to be determined.
Melinda Walker, purchasing manager for the city of Wichita, and Jayson Davidson, partner and senior consultant at Hyas Group, could not be immediately reached for comment.
