Holyoke (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System rehired Boston Co. Asset Management and hired WisdomTree Investments to manage $10 million and $6 million, respectively, in active U.S. midcap equity strategies, said Cheryl A. Dugre, executive director of the $280 million pension fund.
The search was launched in January to comply with state investment regulations that contracts be put out to bid every seven years. Boston Co. was the incumbent manager and originally ran roughly $15 million.
Scout Investments and LMCG Investments were the other two finalists, Ms. Dugre said.
