Fauquier County Government and Public Schools, Warrenton, Va., is searching for an investment consultant for its $31 million 403(b) plan and $18 million 457 plan, said Susan Monaco, county procurement manager.
The county has issued an RFP because the contract of current consultant CAPTRUST Financial Advisors expires on June 30 and the number of maximum allowable renewals has been reached. The firm is invited to rebid.
The RFP is available on the county's procurement website. Proposals are due at 2:30 p.m. EDT on May 22. A timeline for a decision was not provided, but the one-year contract begins on July 1.
