Emma Adair was named head of client service for U.K. investment at Aon, a spokeswoman said.
The position is new. Ms. Adair focuses on client experience, delivery and communication with clients.
"Today's business environment and the expectations that go with it are always changing, so a key part of (Ms. Adair's) role will be to make certain that we are working with our clients in the most effective manner and delivering to them all they need to create the best outcomes for their members," Tim Giles, senior partner and head of U.K. investment, said in a news release.
Ms. Adair most recently worked at Cardano, where she was head of client management and client delivery teams until November. A spokesman could not be reached to comment about a replacement by press time.
Aon has $4.2 trillion in assets under advisory globally.
