Lukas Daalder will leave his role as chief investment officer, investment solutions at Robeco.
Mr. Daalder will leave at the end of June to pursue an opportunity elsewhere, said a notice on the firm's website. Further details could not be learned by press time.
A decision about a successor will be made "in the coming period," the notice said. Details on any interim CIO were not available by press time.
Mr. Daalder joined Robeco in December 2009 as a senior strategist. He was then appointed senior portfolio manager, multiasset in 2011, and has been CIO of investment solutions and head of the solutions product team since 2014.
"I feel that now is the time to broaden my horizon and let someone else take my place to grow Robeco's multiasset business," Mr. Daalder said in the notice.
The firm has €161 billion ($198.5 billion) in assets under management.
