Yolo County, Woodland, Calif., hired ICMA-RC as the sole record keeper of its $25 million 457 plan, said Ryan Pistochini, county manager of procurement, in an email.
The county issued an RFP in August 2017 because it had been many years since the services had been put up for bid. ICMA-RC and MassMutual were the incumbents.
MassMutual was a finalist along with Empower Retirement and Nationwide Financial.
Investment consultant Hyas Group assisted.
