Larimer County, Fort Collins, Colo., is seeking trust custody, administration, record keeping, participant education and communication, and investment services for its $34 million 457(b) deferred compensation plan.
Small firms, and minority- or women-owned firms are strongly encouraged to bid.
The search is being conducted to review the 457(b) plan market's current best practices regarding record keeping, plan sponsor and participant services, employee education and fees, according to the RFP. TIAA-CREF currently administers the plan. Its contract will expire Sept. 30, with no more options to renew.
The RFP is available on the Larimer County website. Proposals are due by 2 p.m. MDT on May 7. A selection date was not disclosed.
