Monroe County Deferred Compensation Plan, Rochester, N.Y., is searching for a bundled provider, said Brayton McK. Connard , the county's director of human resources and chairman of the deferred compensation committee, in an email.
The $255 million 457 plan issued an RFP because of state regulations that require putting the services up for bid every five years, Mr. Connard said. Current provider ICMA-RC is eligible to rebid.
As of Dec. 31, the 457 plan's asset allocation was 42.5% domestic equities, 26.4% balanced/asset allocation, 23% stable value/cash management, 4.9% international/global equities, 3% fixed income and 0.1% specialty assets.
The RFP is available on the county's purchasing website. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. EDT on May 11. A selection is expected sometime in September.
