Kansas City (Mo.) Board of Police Commissioners Employees Deferred Compensation Plan is searching for a record keeper, said Ned Taylor, senior consultant at Hyas Group, the plan's investment consultant, in an email.
The $138 million 457 plan issued the RFP for a firm to provide "retirement plan administration, record keeping, education, communications, investment-related and other related services for their 457(b) plan," Mr. Taylor said.
The current record keeper is Voya Financial; it is invited to rebid. Hyas Group was hired as the plan's first investment consultant earlier this year. As part of that RFP process the plan was seeking a consultant to monitor Voya and issue an RFP for record keepers.
The RFP can be obtained by emailing Mr. Taylor. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. CDT on May 18. A notice of intent to award is scheduled for Aug. 10.
