Rockland County, New City, N.Y., hired Prudential Financial as record keeper of its $300 million 457 plan, said Peter Scott, senior vice president at investment consultant Centurion Group, in an email.
The county issued an RFP in December because the contract of incumbent record keeper MassMutual Financial expires on May 31. MassMutual did rebid.
