Abel Noser Holdings agreed to acquire Zeno Consulting Group, a consultant to pension funds on trading issues, according to a news release.
Terms of the deal, which is expected to close on or around May 31, were not disclosed.
Steven Glass, Zeno's president and CEO, will join Abel/Noser's board of directors and lead the newly formed Zeno AN Consulting, which will provide consulting services to clientele of both firms. Mr. Glass will report to Peter Weiler, president of Abel Noser Solutions, Abel Noser's trade analytics subsidiary.
All employees of Zeno Consulting Group will be retained.
Mr. Glass and Jerry Boak, Abel Noser Holdings spokesman, could not be immediately be reached to provide further information.
