Plymouth County (Mass.) Retirement Association has reissued an RFP looking to allocate about $12 million to North American direct small- and middle-market buyout private equity strategies.
The $912 million retirement association originally issued an RFP for this mandate in September.
Investment consultant Meketa Investment Group is assisting with the search.
Only proposals from experienced managers of North American direct small- and middle-market buyout private equity strategies will be considered. First-time funds, funds of funds, public equity and single-sector focused strategies will not be considered.
The RFP is available on Meketa's website. Proposals are due by 3 p.m. EDT on April 2. A selection date was not disclosed.
Calls to Peter Manning, investment analyst at the pension fund, and Todd K. Silverman, principal at Meketa, were not returned by press time.
