Kern County Employees' Retirement Association, Bakersfield, Calif., committed $50 million to $60 million to Landmark Real Estate Fund VIII, a value-added secondary real estate fund managed by Landmark Partners, said Dominic Brown, executive director, in an email.
It is the $4 billion pension fund's first commitment to a Landmark Partners fund, Mr. Brown said.
KCERA's real estate allocation is 10%.
