Jonathan Gibbs, investment director, is leaving Aberdeen Standard Investments, a spokeswoman confirmed.
In addition, Neil Fatharly, client development director, left the firm in February.
"As we are only part way through the integration process, not all replacements have been confirmed into roles," the spokeswoman said. She declined to provide additional details.
Aberdeen Standard has €638 billion ($784 billion) in assets under management.
