University System of New Hampshire, Concord, committed $3 million to Battery Ventures XII and $2 million to Battery Ventures XII Side Fund for its $509 million endowment pool, recently released finance and investment committee minutes said.
The committee at its Jan. 24 meeting approved committing a total of $5 million to the venture capital fund and its co-investment side fund, with 64% going to the primary fund and 36% to the side fund.
Investment consultant Prime Buchholz assisted.
Karen Benincasa, the system's director, finance and treasury, and associate treasurer, could not be immediately reached to provide further information.
