Tim Graham was named senior director of international capital for the Asia-Pacific region at Jones Lang LaSalle, the Chicago-based real estate investment firm.
The Singapore-based position is a new one at the firm, said a JLL spokeswoman.
The spokeswoman said in an email that Mr. Graham's responsibilities will include offering "strategic advice on debt and corporate finance" — in line with the firm's strategy of providing a broader range of services to clients.
Mr. Graham previously worked in JLL's London office as national director, central London capital markets.
The spokeswoman said his U.K. connections will allow Mr. Graham to "leverage his network to connect outbound capital between Europe and the Asia-Pacific in his new role," and there are no plans to fill his London-based role for the time being.
