Pension risk transfer consultant BCG Pension Risk Consultants acquired Penbridge Advisors, a PRT information and advisory firm, a spokeswoman said.
BCG now operates the newly named BCG Penbridge as a division that provides the Penbridge PRT Database and U.S. defined benefit plan cost benchmarking data. Penbridge founder Steve Keating is now a managing director at BCG Pension Risk Consultants and BCG Penbridge.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
