Invesco appointed three senior executives to its global solutions team, said Invesco spokeswoman Jeaneen Terrio.
Alexandre Mincier was named global head of insurance client solutions development; Mark Humphreys, head of EMEA client solutions development; and Vincent de Martel, a solutions strategist focused on North America. They will report to Neil Blundell, global head of client solutions development.
The positions are new.
Mr. Mincier was global chief investment officer for HSBC Insurance, while Mr. Humphreys was head of fiduciary management at Schroder Investment Management and Mr. de Martel was a managing director within product strategy for BlackRock's multiasset risk parity/factor suite.
Katrien Verwilst, global head of balance sheet optimization for HSBC Insurance, is handling Mr. Mincier's responsibilities on an interim basis while the firm seeks a new global CIO for HSBC Insurance, said spokeswoman Laine Santana. Mr. de Martel's responsibilities were absorbed by the rest of the factor-based strategy group, said BlackRock spokeswoman Melissa Garville.
Schroders spokeswoman Beth Saint could not be immediately reached for comment.
Invesco had $937.6 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
