Wayne County Employees' Retirement System, Detroit, made changes to the fund lineup for its $432 million defined contribution plan, confirmed executive director Robert J. Grden.
At its quarterly meeting in February, the retirement commission agreed to remove Artisan Partners' midcap equity fund from its DC plan lineup and replace it with the MassMutual Select Mid Cap Growth Fund.
The commission also agreed to remove T. Rowe Price Group's international value equity fund and replace it with the Columbia Overseas Value Fund, managed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments.
The changes were made at the recommendation of the system's investment consultant, Sterling Institutional Consulting Group.
