Chet Zara, senior managing director at Antares Capital, left the private credit manager "in a mutual agreement with the company," said Carol Ann Wharton, communications leader, in an emailed statement.
Mr. Zara left on Feb. 16. He was co-leader of Antares' sponsor coverage activities in the New York/Connecticut region. He was also one of Antares senior deal professionals.
"We don't plan to replace Chet as we have a deep bench of talent and a strong leadership team to cover our sponsor clients," Ms. Wharton wrote. She declined to provide further information.
Mr. Zara could not be reached for comment.
