Keith Fujii joined LaSalle Investment Management in Tokyo on Thursday as CEO and president of the real estate investment firm's Japan business.
With his appointment, Mr. Fujii becomes a representative director and president of the firm's local affiliate, LaSalle Investment Management KK.
Mr. Fujii replaces Yas Nakashima in those roles. A Singapore-based spokeswoman for LaSalle said Mr. Nakashima will take on the title of international director and continue to serve as a representative director.
Mr. Fujii comes to LaSalle from Tokyo-based Ishin Hotel Group, where he served as CEO, according to a LaSalle news release.
