Washington County, Hillsboro, Ore., hired Voya Financial as record keeper of its $75 million 457 plan, said Vincent Galindo, senior consultant at Hyas Group, the plan's investment consultant, in an email.
The county issued an RFP in June. Other finalists were incumbent record keepers Empower Retirement and ICMA-RC. A third record keeper, AXA Equitable, did not rebid for the services.
