Wenting Shen was named a solutions strategist on the Asia-Pacific multiasset team of T. Rowe Price Group in Hong Kong.
The position — helping to create customized multiasset solutions for T. Rowe's clients — is new, said a Hong Kong-based spokeswoman.
Ms. Shen comes to T. Rowe Price from BlackRock, where she served as a vice president, multiasset solutions. A BlackRock spokesman declined to comment on a replacement.
A T. Rowe Price news release said the firm's multiasset division, which includes its target-date fund offerings, accounted for $292.6 billion of T. Rowe's $991 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
