Kristin Fafard was named chief investment strategist and Paul Runge was named head of distribution at impact investing money manager Community Capital Management, said Jamie Horwitz, spokeswoman, in an email.
Ms. Fafard takes on some of the responsibilities of David Sand, who was previously chief impact investment strategist, and who will continue in the role of chief impact strategist.
Ms. Fafard was previously chief investment officer and director of research at wealth management firm Pathstone Federal Street.
Mr. Runge's position is new. He was previously director of U.S. institutional sales at quantitative equity manager Analytic Investors. A spokesman declined to comment on a replacement.
Community Capital Management has $2.5 billion in assets under management.
