Michael D. Horgan was named co-chief investment officer of alternative money manager Twin Capital Management, spokesman Kevin Gahwyler said.
He was promoted to the position alongside David Simon, founder, CEO and current sole CIO.
Mr. Horgan was previously senior vice president of event driven/special situations strategies and a portfolio manager. He will retain those responsibilities, Mr. Gahwyler said.
Twin Capital Management has $500 million in assets under management.
