Karyn Williams, managing director and head of client solutions at alternative investment manager Two Sigma Advisers, left the firm.
Jesse Comart, a Two Sigma vice president and head of communications, confirmed Ms. Williams' departure but declined to provide further comment. Ms. Williams could not be reached for information about her plans.
Ms. Williams joined the firm in July 2016 from Farmers Insurance Group, where she was chief investment officer of general account, pension, deferred compensation and operating funds.
Two Sigma manages about $50 billion in hedge funds, alternative risk premiums and other alternative investment strategies.
