Emily Wrightson was promoted to public market practice leader at Cammack Retirement Group, confirmed Cara McAuley, a spokeswoman for the retirement plan consulting firm.
Ms. Wrightson "is one of our most senior consultants and also is responsible for overseeing our public market business development activities," Ms. McAuley wrote in an email.
Ms. Wrightson will supervise the $24 billion in assets of Cammack Retirement's public-sector consulting business, Ms. McAuley added. The firm has a total of $70 billion in assets for which it advises or consults, she wrote, which includes defined benefit as well as defined contribution plans.
Ms. Wrightson replaces Jeffrey Snyder, who left Cammack Retirement in late November "to pursue other opportunities," Ms. McAuley wrote.
Ms. Wrightson, who has been with Cammack for more than 10 years, has been a director on Cammack's public markets team for about five years and has also worked with other Cammack clients, such as those in higher education and health care, Ms. McAuley wrote.
