Euan MacLaren left Natixis Investment Managers as managing director and head of U.K. and Ireland institutional business, confirmed a spokeswoman.
Details on a replacement were not available. Mr. MacLaren joined NGAM in 2010.
A notice filed with Companies House, a government agency that incorporates and dissolves limited companies, registers company information and makes it available to the public, said Mr. MacLaren is a director at Mulberry Green Capital Ltd. The firm was incorporated Nov. 6.
Mr. MacLaren could not be reached for comment.
