David Brown was named group director of strategy and innovation at the People's Pension, West Sussex, England, a spokeswoman said.
The position is new. Mr. Brown is responsible for developing future propositions. He joined from AXA Wealth, where he was strategy director.
Separately, Tracy Weller will join the £2 billion ($2.7 billion) mulitemployer defined contribution plan as group director of business operations in June. Ms. Weller worked as practice leader for third-party administration at Hymans Robertson. The position is also new. A Hymans Robertson spokeswoman could not immediately be reached for information on a replacement.
"(Mr. Brown) and (Ms. Weller) will bring considerable additional strategy and operations expertise to our senior leadership team at a time when we are expanding rapidly," said Patrick Heath-Lay, CEO at B&CE, the provider of the People's Pension, in a news release.
