Westbrook, Conn., is searching for an investment consultant for its three pension plans, said Donna Castracane, town finance director, in an email.
The town issued an RFP because it has been at least 10 years since the services were put up for bid, so "it was time to see what other firms were in the market," Ms. Castracane said. Current consultant P-Solve is invited to rebid.
Proposals are due on Jan. 31. A timeline for a decision has yet to be determined.
The RFP is available on the town's website.
The pension plans have a total of $11 million in assets.
