Clearwater (Fla.) Employees Pension Fund hired Victory Capital Management to run up to $15 million in active domestic small-cap value equities, according to recently released board meeting minutes.
The $963 million pension fund approved the hiring at its Nov. 13 board meeting, following the termination for performance of Systematic Financial Management for a similar portfolio.
