Los Angeles Fire & Police Pension System committed up to $25 million to Clearlake Capital Partners V, according to a report for the $21.5 billion pension plan board.
The fund is expected to make opportunistic debt and equity investments in North American middle-market companies. The pension fund has invested with Clearlake Capital Group in the past, including a $10 million commitment to Clearlake Capital Partners II.
