Peter J. Falco, a senior managing partner and co-founder of real estate firm Rockwood Capital, will move to senior strategic adviser effective Jan. 1, according to a news release.
Mr. Falco has helped lead Rockwood's efforts in developing client outreach and strategies, portfolio management and debt capital markets. In his new position, he will advise the firm on client strategies, trends in global capital flows and policy initiatives that affect domestic real estate investment. Tyson E. Skillings, a managing partner, will assume Mr. Falco's client outreach duties.
Mr. Skilling and Peter A. Kaye, also a managing partner, are currently running portfolio management at the firm, sources close to the firm said. David A. Streicher, partner, is running debt capital markets.
Rockwood spokeswomen Jennifer Hurson and Caroline Luz declined to comment beyond the news release.
