Rockland County, New City, N.Y., is launching a search for a record keeper for its $298 million 457 plan on Tuesday, said Peter T. Scott, senior vice president at Centurion Group, in an email.
Centurion Group, the plan's investment consultant, is assisting with the search.
The county will issue an RFP on Tuesday for a record keeper due to the pending expiration of current record keeper MassMutual Financial's contract on May 31, 2018, Mr. Scott said. The firm will be invited to rebid.
Proposals are due on Jan. 18, and a decision is tentatively expected before the end of February, Mr. Scott said.
The RFP will be posted on the Empire State Purchasing Group's website. Registration is required.
