The $146 billion Texas Teachers Retirement System, Austin, committed $200 million to EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund IV, a transaction report showed.
The fund in 2014 committed $200 million to EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund III, an earlier fund in the series of diversified energy funds. In 2015, TRS committed $65 million to EFM Moda Holdings, a co-investment associated with the third fund in the series.
The fund also committed $200 million to the EnCap Energy Capital Fund XI in May and $100 million to EnCap Energy Capital Fund IX in 2012.
