Karsten Guettler and Francis Condon were named executive directors in UBS Asset Management's sustainable and impact investing group, a spokeswoman said in an email.
Both are new positions.
Mr. Guettler, currently the head of sustainable investing advisory for UBS' wealth management group, will start in his new position Jan. 1 in Zurich, He will be responsible for developing new sustainable investing strategies and representing the UBS Asset Management's sustainable investing strategies to clients and prospective clients.
Mr. Condon started Dec. 1 in Amsterdam. Further information on his responsibilities could not immediately be learned. Previously, he was a senior sustainable investing analyst at RobecoSAM. The position has not yet been filled, a RobecoSAM spokesman confirmed.
UBS had more than $768 billion in assets under management as of Sept. 30.
